By using the transcription of a streaming audio to a microphone via Valor AI, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, and authorisations from the individuals featured in the recordings to use their voice and any personal information contained in the audio for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to share the audio files with us and that the recording, processing, and analysis of the audio files do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
